Our Terms & Conditions

1. We are Drug/Alcohol/Smoking free Home Stay. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in public areas at the property owing to local laws.
2. Pets are the SOLE responsibility of the accompanying guest.
3. Booking must be made in the name of the registered adult guest and we don’t accept the Room Booking with the Local Jaipur Identity Proof.
4. Rights of Admission– Homestay Management reserves the sole right of admission, check-in and continuation of Services & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct (excessive noise, unruly and threatening behaviour and the like which could cause inconvenience and discomfort to our guests and /or staff) is observed by the hotel management.
5. Check-in/out time: Check-in 12am Check-out 11 am. Early or late times can be pre-arranged. Guests may continue to use our common facilities after check out. Guests can leave their luggage at the reception.
6. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel. If any guest plans to check out earlier than the scheduled check out time, notice will be provided in advance, and accounts settled the evening before.
7. Guest registration: Kindly register in the Marigold Inn Homestay guest register book and provide legally approved photo ID (passport, driving license, voter ID card or ration card). Vehicle details must also be provided if travelling with a vehicle.
8. Personal belongings: Please secure your room with your own padlock. Marigold Inn is not responsible for any valuable left unattended /misplaced. Before checking out, please check your room for valuables & personal belongings. Jaipur Inn cannot be held responsible for items left here.
9. Visitors: Non- guests not allowed in rooms. Only in the front area until 9 pm at our discretion. All visitors must register in the Marigold Inn guest register book & must provide legally approved photo-ID (passport, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhar).
10. All reservations need to be guaranteed with advance payment in full.
11. CANCELLATION: Full refund if a reservation is cancelled at any time day before the check-in date.
12. Limitation of Liabilities – Marigold Inn accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
13. The hotel is not responsible for informing Travel Company CEO if a tour guest checks out before the scheduled check out time.
14. Travel Company is solely responsible for any non-payment of incidental costs related to registered tour guests.
15. Travel Company will compensate the hotel financially, for costs resulting from disruptive, destructive or criminal behaviour of any registered tour guest and/or the tour CO.
16. The hotel is not responsible for registered Travel Company tour guests/individual guests before or after the check in/ check-out time window.
17. PARKING – Vehicles can be parked in a public land adjacent to Marigold Inn serving private residences accessible along the boundary wall of Marigold Inn at owner’s risk. Room for guest’s driver in nearby Guest house on payment.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction – India, Jaipur
